PureCuring is a transformation and coaching platform operated by Luvwrap, G N Mills, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Services

PureCuring offers wellness assessments, personalised reports, and coaching programmes including but not limited to fertility support, psycho-oncology support, and emotional wellness coaching. All services are provided for informational and coaching purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified medical professional for any health concerns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using PureCuring, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Payments

Payments for assessments and programmes are processed securely by Razorpay on behalf of Luvwrap. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Access to paid content or sessions is granted only upon successful payment confirmation.

We do not store your card details. Payment data is governed by Razorpay's terms and privacy policy.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Assessments are non-refundable once your personalised report has been generated and delivered.

For coaching programmes, if you wish to cancel before your first session, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at connect@purecuring.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality

All information you share during assessments and coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or session information to any third party except where required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including assessments, reports, programme materials, text, and design — is the intellectual property of Luvwrap and PureCuring. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PureCuring and Luvwrap are not liable for any outcomes arising from the use of our assessments, reports, or coaching services. Our services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Reproduce or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
