How we measure progress
Clients self-report on each domain across multiple assessment points. This isn't a rigid score — it's evidence of your own lived experience of change.
You rate yourself on each domain at intake, during periodic reviews (every 8–12 weeks), at completion, and in follow-up reviews. This creates a timeline of your transformation.
