What to expect in InnerArc

A structured, rigorous programme for professionals who need more than advice. Here is what the work involves:

Structure

Weekly 60-minute sessions over 8 to 12 months, at your pace. The 7-phase framework creates clear structure in what can feel like formless uncertainty. You will know where you are in your journey and what the next phase requires.

The work

Identity excavation: separating the conditioned performing self from the authentic self underneath. Values clarification: identifying what you actually stand for, not what you have been rewarded for. Burnout recovery: nervous system regulation and the gradual restoration of capacity, motivation, and presence.

Transition support

Whether you are considering a role change, leaving an organisation, moving toward portfolio work, or simply needing to lead differently inside your current structure — the work supports the decision process. Not with prescriptions. With clarity about what genuinely fits.

Somatic recovery

Burnout lives in the body. The depletion, the flatness, the disconnection from physical sensation. We work on restoring nervous system regulation, reintroducing the capacity for rest, and rebuilding a relationship with your physical self beyond performance.

Progress tracking

You will assess yourself across 9 outcome domains at intake, every 8 to 12 weeks, at completion, and in follow-up. Transformation is visible. The shift from identity collapse to authentic direction is measured, not assumed.

No prescribed outcome

InnerArc does not tell you what to do next. It supports you in arriving at what is genuinely true for you. That may mean a different role, a different organisation, a different kind of presence in the same structure, or something you cannot yet name. Any of those is a valid destination.

Frequently asked questions

I am still employed. Can I do this while working?+

Yes. Most InnerArc clients are in role when they begin. The work supports you in showing up differently while clarifying what comes next. Sessions are weekly, online, and designed to fit professional schedules.

I am not sure I want to leave my job. Is that a problem?+

No. InnerArc is not a career-change programme. Many clients complete the work and remain in their role — but lead differently, show up more authentically, and reclaim their sense of agency within it. What changes is the internal landscape.

I do not know what I want. Is that enough to start?+

Not knowing is exactly where most InnerArc journeys begin. The programme is built for the experience of not knowing — of having lost your bearings and needing to find them again from the inside out, rather than by following external advice.

I have been successful my whole career. Why is this happening?+

Success that is built on performance, compliance, and meeting others' expectations — rather than authentic values — tends to produce this exact experience. It is not failure. It is the signal that the performing self has reached its limit, and something more genuine is trying to emerge.

How is this different from executive coaching?+

Executive coaching addresses behaviour, performance, and strategy. InnerArc works at the level of identity, meaning, nervous system, and emotional transformation. The questions here are not how do I perform better — they are who am I, what matters to me, and what is genuinely mine to do.

Is this therapy?+

InnerArc is transformation-based emotional support, not clinical therapy. It draws on therapeutic frameworks — hypnotherapy, EFT, somatic practice, narrative work — in a structured programme context. If clinical mental health support is needed, Sofia will discuss this with you and provide appropriate referrals.

I am exhausted. Do I have the capacity for this kind of work?+

Yes — and the exhaustion itself is the starting point. The early phases of InnerArc are gentle. The work begins with understanding your current state, regulating your nervous system, and creating the conditions for deeper work. You do not need to arrive resourced. You arrive as you are.

Can we work via video call?+

Yes. All InnerArc sessions are delivered via secure video call, with flexibility for travel, time zones, and the unpredictability of professional schedules.
